With other training courses it’s easy to walk away at the end with a file of worksheets and notes (which you will never look at again) and forget everything you learnt but it has been different with Tim’s sessions.
I can honestly say that what I learnt is still having a powerful and positive impact on the way I handle or think about difficult situations and challenges at work. In addition, the team is now virtually unrecognisable – we are more positive, dynamic and able to communicate with each other more effectively.
